Plain-language terms for using tinyphone.

• tinyphone is made by System Operator LLC
• The free tier covers one phone. Plus will be a one-time license for personal use on any number of your own phones; cloud will be an optional subscription you can cancel anytime
• An account is optional. Signing in stores your phones' settings in your account for backup, the dashboard, and remote changes. What is stored and how to delete it is spelled out in /privacy
• Setting up a phone erases it once; back up first, and the app walks you through it. You are responsible for your backups and for only setting up phones you own or are responsible for
• Refunds: if a paid tier does not work out within 14 days, write us and we refund it
• The software is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here overrides your local consumer rights
• We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page
